Check in & out
Check in is at 2 pm and Check out is at 11 am. However, you may check in anytime and leave your bags with us until your room is ready so you can start enjoying your vacation right away.
Cancellation Policies & re-scheduled stays
Due to the fact we are a small family business, we have a strict cancellation policy.
To reserve your room we require a 50% deposit via paypal or credit card. The balance can be paid either cash or credit card upon check out. We do require a credit card upon arrival.
If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non-refundable.
Reservations made during the Christmas/New Year Holiday require 100% payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
We are a non-smoking property and there is a $250USD fine if in violation.
Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a 15% transaction fee. If you cancel 31-59 days before your reservation, we will refund 40% of your deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less before your reservation, your deposit is not refundable. Cancellations made after the 30 day window will forgo their deposit/full payment as it may be harder for us to fill the room. No refunds are offered for early departures.
Please note, if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room on late notice.
We are not responsible for the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules during your trip. Thank you for understanding!
A deposit of half is due at sign up through Paypal or Credit card. The balance is due 60 days before the retreat. If you need to cancel before 60 days, we will refund half of your deposit. If canceling after the final balance is paid, due to the nature of the event and limited space, your balance/ final payment is non refundable.
