Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park Tour

You will start your adventure off with a 3-hour moderate hike in the Pailas Sector of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. Your guide will help to spot wildlife such as Toucans, Capuchin monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Turkeys, Coatis, and much more. Volcanic activity such as bubbling mud pots, fumaroles, and a mini crater can be seen throughout the hike. Furthermore, we will take a short walk off the beaten path to Oropendola Waterfall just outside of the park. Here you can jump in and take a refreshing swim in the blue lagoon below the 60-foot tall falls. We end the day at the soothing hot springs of Rio Negro naturally heated by the Volcano where you can do a soothing volcanic mud bath before heading back to your hotel.

Turtle Tour

Horseback riding

Horseback riding tours usually start at 7 am because it is still nice and cool outside. However, the tour can take place at any desired time of the day. The sunset tour is a very beautiful option as well!
